Rehira Corporation has announced a newly developed spiral full cone nozzle based on its long experience, history, and achievements. This nozzle features the ability to spray at a specific angle with low pressure. The reason for this is that the fluid is accelerated in the vertical axis direction and sprays outward due to its spiral structure. This nozzle is designed to form multiple spray cones (hollow cones), which is different from a typical full cone. As a result, it can generate fine particle sizes. The standard material is SUS316L, but it is also available in other materials.

The standard full cone nozzle incorporates a component called a core, which imparts a swirling force to the fluid. The core has several grooves machined in a spiral shape, which reduces the passage path for the liquid. The KSFL type does not use this core, making it significantly less prone to clogging compared to a standard full cone nozzle (conical nozzle), and it is an ideal spray nozzle for clogging prevention.

Vertical axis full cone nozzles can spray very uniformly over the entire circular area. The X-type swirl insert has a large opening, making it very safe to operate. Vertical axis full cone nozzles can be provided with various angles and flow rates. Horizontal axis full cone nozzles are suitable for spraying or firefighting in sealed spaces with liquids that contain a considerable amount of solids. The liquid to be atomized is supplied laterally towards the swirl chamber, imparting rotation without being affected by the swirl insert, thus preventing clogging. Cluster head nozzles (heads with multiple nozzles) can create a large surface area of sprayed liquid by adding various finely atomizing individual nozzles. When a mist-like full cone atomization with relatively large flow rates is required, such as in gas exchange processes, steam cooling, or dust suppression, Lechler's cluster head nozzles are effective and advantageous.
